you have a pop-up stopper installed on your machine. A lot of anti-virus or firewall
programs automatically enable an ad blocker or pop-up stopper. You can go into your anti-virus
software (from the Start, Programs menu) and look for anything referencing an
ad-blocker or pop-up stopper. From
here you can disable it. Certain programs may have the capability of enabling
pop-ups for specific websites. This feature would allow our website to function
